Where do you ship?
We ship to all EU countries, the UK, Norway, and Switzerland. Free shipping on orders over €200.
How long does shipping take?
Each cloak is handwoven to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unworn items in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How should I care for my cloak?
Hand-wash cold with mild soap. Reshape and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or iron. The natural lanolin will maintain water resistance over time.
