Every Qashabiya cloak is handwoven to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and delivery.
Shipping Rates
Delivery times: 3–4 weeks from order to delivery, including handweaving and shipping. You'll receive a tracking code by email once your order ships.
Countries we ship to: Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
Hand delivery in Ericeira: Select this option at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a convenient time and place.
Returns
We want you to love your cloak. If it's not right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unworn and in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage are not eligible.
How to return:
- Email us at info@qashabiya.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm your return and provide the shipping address.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
- Refund is processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the item, back to your original payment method.
Care Instructions
Your Qashabiya cloak is made from 100% natural Tunisian wool with natural lanolin, giving it natural water resistance. Proper care will keep it performing for years.
- Hand-wash cold with mild soap.
- Reshape and lay flat to dry.
- Do not tumble dry, bleach, or iron.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- The natural lanolin will maintain water resistance over time.
