1. General

These terms govern your use of qashabiya.com and any purchase made through the site. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Qashabiya is operated from Ericeira, Portugal.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Prices are locked at the time of order confirmation. Product images are representative — as each cloak is handwoven, slight natural variations in colour and texture are normal and part of the product's character.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number. We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock or if we detect fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping

  • Each cloak is handmade to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and delivery.
  • You will receive a tracking code by email once your order ships.
  • Free shipping on orders over €200 within the EU.
  • Standard EU shipping is €8 for orders under €200.
  • Hand delivery is available for free in Ericeira, Portugal.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition.
  • To initiate a return, email us at info@qashabiya.com with your order number.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item, back to the original payment method.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage are not eligible for return.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Qashabiya and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Qashabiya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
